Friendly staff, quiet and clean room, comfortable bed. Free car park and tasty breakfast. Spacious and beautiful room, good air conditioning. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Good parking possibilities.

the hotel is far from the centre, on foot in about 30 minutes, very tiring to get there. No transport nearby, nothing to drive up. On the site it was not clear what is really so far! we came for 2 days, wanted to quickly see the city, a lot of time was spent to get to the center. Next to the hotel, no life at all, private sector. The hotel is really three stars, no more, the interior is outdated, needs a good repair. Toilet paper is the cheapest, very bad quality, no hotel has ever seen this before. The reception does not speak Russian. Kindness and friendliness have not been seen.

Not a bad spa area included in the accommodation. Good breakfast. The staff was friendly, except for one girl who was staying on May 1st and 2nd. Parking is free. I guess that's it.

The hotel does not meet the network standard at all. The girl at the reception at check-in exhausted all her nerves, because she did not understand our 2 separate reservations per group, demanded to pay a larger amount than was stated in the reservation. The issue was resolved only after calling the receptionist. Rooms require renovation - all rooms are old, shabby, hole in the curtain. At the restaurant, half of the wine list items are simply not available, offering analogues. Feeding is also a problem, although the price tag is not small.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure that our room was ready ahead of time, allowing us to start enjoying our vacation earlier. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and public transportation. the view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a romantic dinner.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The room itself was a bit cold, and the AC unit was quite noisy when turned on.

In general, the hotel is not bad, there is at least not a big one for its free parking. Breakfast a year ago was more varied and tasty than this.

The room door didn't close unless it was slammed properly. No soundproofing. You can hear everything that's happening in the common hallway and the next room. On the top floor, a restaurant that likes to roll up banquets and weddings, if the room is on the upper floors be prepared to celebrate with them). A very small double bed in the room... Elevators are old, 1 did not work, the second could not lift more than 3 people at a time, so you had to wait a long time or walk up the stairs.

When we arrived, there was no parking space, the hotel staff, smiling nicely, said "shrie" we have a conference, although the room was booked for the week, indicating that you need a parking space. I had to park along the road. The pool with saunas and Jacuzzi was a great disappointment. The water in the pool is cold, the jacuzzi is not working, the hammam is not working, and this is a 4-star hotel! We booked an executive room for smokers - the room is clean, neat, no questions. But the persistent smell of smoking room ... I can not put it in words, it feels like they were in the Soviet Union in a hotel for workers. In my understanding, a room for smokers should be with good ventilation and a balcony, I did not think that you need to smoke right in the room, and even though I do not smoke, my husband smokes, but even he could not get used to this smell, tried to find a balcony in the hallway where you can smoke, but alas, there was no such a place ... The conclusion is that the hotel does not match the 4 stars, pulls a weak 3.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The location was excellent, nestled in a quiet residential area, yet still close to the city center. We loved the peaceful green area surrounding the building too. Our room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom, all kept clean by the friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the free car parking. The view from the top floor restaurant was awesome, personal to service the dinner during the event made our stay even more pleasant.

Beautiful hotel in price, quality and location from the railway station and city center. The room was great with a view of the city (we recommend taking a higher floor - the visibility is stunning). The room is clean, cozy. I was pleased with the mini-bar. Also provided free bottled water, chocolate, tea-coffee-sugar. Bathroom is great. Shower gel, body cream, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer... Everything you need for a comfortable stay at this hotel has. Speaking of breakfast, which was included in the room rate, we were just delighted. The choice of buffet dishes was so delightful... side dishes, meat dishes, fine pastries, fruit, tea and coffee and milk... Recommend!!! Great hotel!!!

great breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable bed, soft cushions, despite the holiday in the restaurant, was heard in the elevator, room is excellent soundproofing. It is a warm atmosphere in the room, we will be glad to return to this hotel again.

in the hotel, except for us, there were Russian-speaking tourists, I would like to meet the reception desk clerk with at least minimal knowledge of Russian language, our knowledge of German did not help us All the same in Vilnius historically there are a lot of people who speak Russian, as well as a lot of tourists, and the young porter does not know him even minimally. After all, the hotel is large, it would be good to consider this point.

The air-conditioning in my room at Crowne Plaza Vilnius was in perfect working order, which is a rarity in European hotels. It made my stay comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Additionally, the spaciousness of the room was greatly appreciated, providing ample space to relax and unwind. I'll recommend this hotel due to its comfortable amenities and friendly atmosphere.

1. The location was nice. 2. When you asked for your breakfast to be delivered at a certain time, it was always punctual.

I have a couple of items which I was disappointed with. 1. My hair dryer did not work. I reported this and it never got fixed. 2. The air-conditioner did not work. I reported this and it never got fixed. 3. I was on level 15 and level 16 was so noisy that I could not even hear the television, work or sleep. I was there on business and needed to ensure that I could get my work done, this was not the most relaxing or productive environment. 4. The swimming pool was not heated, despite the signs saying it would be 24 degrees. 5. The TV remote control did not work. 6. The staff forgot to put a breakfast card on the door so I had to ask for one for the next night. 7. The porters did not help with bags to the taxi when I was leaving. 8. The service on the desk was slow although when they did serve you they were pleasant.

Hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Location is very inconvenient. It is easy to get lost especially when driving at night. There are no signs or clear directions how to get to the hotel. I think we would keep wandering around a way much longer if some nice guy wouldn't led us directly to the hotel.
